Brain Dead offers returns and exchanges on all domestic orders within 14 days of the delivery date, provided items are in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that certain limited-edition collaborations and sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or similar protective packaging, ensuring all original hangtags and labels are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it to the outside of your package over any old labels.
Drop Off and Track
Hand off your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
